ORCA is a 12.10-metre houseboat designed to combine the comfort of a modern home with the freedom of life on the water.

Developed with a focus on spacious living, practical accommodation and extended cruising capability, ORCA offers a carefully considered layout across its lower deck, main deck and flybridge. Its steel hull and superstructure provide a solid platform, while the aluminum superstructure frame and large opening windows create a bright and comfortable interior environment.

Spacious Accommodation

ORCA is designed to accommodate families and guests comfortably, with a layout consisting of: 

Master cabin on the lower deck, with private full bathroom including toilet and shower 

Two double cabins on the main deck 

Two additional bathrooms/toilet facilities 

Comfortable main-deck saloon with sofa bed

Fully equipped galley

Dedicated flybridge and outdoor living areas

The interior is finished with practical laminate PVC flooring and wall surfaces, while sound and heating insulation contributes to a comfortable onboard environment.

Main Deck Living

The main saloon provides a relaxed social space with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and seating, together with a 42-inch TV.

The galley is equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooking equipment, extraction hood, sink, faucet and storage cupboards, providing the functionality expected from a fully equipped home on the water.

Opening windows in the main-deck cabins provide natural light and ventilation while maintaining a strong connection with the surrounding environment.

Flybridge & Outdoor Areas

The flybridge is designed as an additional outdoor living area, offering an elevated position for relaxation, entertaining and enjoying the surrounding scenery.

Marine Systems & Navigation

ORCA incorporates a comprehensive navigation and marine electronics package, including navigation equipment, GPS plotter, VHF DSC/AIS and dedicated antennas.

The vessel is equipped with hydraulic steering and an 80 HP inboard diesel engine with gearbox, shaft, propeller, stainless-steel components, rudder and hydraulic steering system.

A bow-thruster system is also available as part of the project configuration.

Energy & Autonomy

ORCA has been designed with energy efficiency and extended onboard autonomy in mind.

The electrical system incorporates:

    6 × 520 W solar panels

• 10 kW battery bank

• 5 kW inverter

• Victron battery monitoring and charging systems

• Dedicated engine starter batteries

• Service batteries

• 230 V electrical network

• 12 V systems for pumps, navigation and marine equipment

The project can also incorporate additional systems such as a generator, watermaker and air-conditioning, depending on the final configuration.
